  I am embarrassed on behalf of this company as a whole, that this branches members spoke to me how they did. They acknowledged they misinformed me and improperly set up my account, but then insisted it was my fault for not noticing their mistake sooner. I dealt with Charlotte Conway and she was very professional. I can't say the same for either of her bosses Linda May or Derick Johnson. Both of them were bothered by having to do their job. Linda May refused to allow me to get a word in edge wise and then said this conversation is over and hung up the phone on me, in an accomplished tone of voice. Derick was scripted repeating the same phrase again and again without providing assistance or insight. If my issue with the bank is never resolved so be it, but the issue of this branches customer service skills needs to become more of a priority.
